"Close to the busy Harbour, on the historic Shiprow, Aberdeen Maritime Museum tells the story of the city’s long and often dramatic relationship with the sea". The museum is currently undertaking a study that will review the current displays and content presented, including students' suggestions for future content and design.
I carried out comprehensive research which helped me to redesign the Aberdeen Maritime Museum, aiming to create an immersive and interactive learning experience.
It also aims to delve deeper into conceptualizing the life and work of an oil rig and designing interactive and immersive exhibits that bring the oil industry to life. The project aimed to provide an in-depth insight into the creative process and inspire a deeper understanding of this important industry.
